Chastity management is uniquely suited to a dedicated app. Tracking lock time, check-ins, and release requests through text messages is messy and easy to lose. Kneel makes it structured, visual, and integrated with the rest of your dynamic.

Chastity is one of the most logistically demanding aspects of a D/s dynamic. Without a dedicated system, couples resort to text messages, spreadsheets, or memory, none of which scale well over multi-day or multi-week sessions. Kneel replaces all of that with a dedicated Chastity tab. The keyholder (dominant) locks and unlocks, sends proof photo requests, and reviews release requests from that tab. The locked partner (submissive) can see their current session duration, submit check-ins with optional notes and difficulty ratings, and request early release with a reason. On a timed lock, time adjustments let the keyholder add or remove time as rewards or penalties. Every action is logged with timestamps, creating a complete history of the session. Chastity check-ins build the streak and session record; the chastity feature itself awards no points. Custom event trackers let you log anything relevant to your lock period. Chastity and its tools are a Premium feature; any partner's Premium unlocks them.

Capabilities

Lock/Unlock Control

The dominant locks with a release date or indefinitely. Timed locks release on their own when the date arrives. A submissive can also lock themselves, and solo users self-lock and self-release.

Check-Ins

Daily check-ins record mood and a difficulty rating while locked. With Premium scheduled check-ins, a completed slot can take time off the lock and a missed slot can add time.

Release Requests

Submissive can request early release. Dominant approves or denies with notes.

Time Extensions

On a timed lock, add time as a punishment or remove time as a reward, in hours, days, weeks, or months. A big enough cut releases early. Every change is logged.

Difficulty Tracking

Check-ins include difficulty rating. Monitor how they're coping.

Lock Rules & Log

Write rules for the lock and read a timestamped log of every lock, release, and time change.

Activity Trackers

Create custom event trackers to log recurring activities during a lock. Count occurrences and review history.

Confirm Mode and Leave

Turn on Partner confirms lock and release, and each lock and release waits until the submissive confirms the device. A release request can ask for leave with a Lock back by time. The lock keeps running while the device is off, and the dominant can pick a punishment for a missed lock-back.
