Is Kneel free to use?
Kneel is free to download and use. Tasks, rituals, one daily check-in, points, proposals, ideas, contracts, letters, the Scene Log, pause mode, and data export are free, with up to 10 active tasks and 3 active rituals. Premium unlocks consequences and rewards, chastity, mantras, the task bank, ritual streak goals, shared notes, private chat, encrypted photo proof, Kink Match, permission requests, check-in comments, up to six check-ins a day, surprise scene plans and Automations, and removes the task and ritual caps. If either partner has Premium, the whole dynamic gets it.
How do dominant and submissive roles work in the app?
You create a dynamic and pick your role, then invite your partner, who takes the opposite role. Dominants assign tasks, create rituals, set consequences, and manage chastity. Submissives complete tasks and rituals, log check-ins, earn points, and can propose tasks, rituals, rewards, or punishments for the dominant to approve. You can also start solo and invite a partner later.
Can I use Kneel for a female-led relationship (FLR)?
Yes. Kneel works for any power exchange structure: FLR, traditional D/s, service-oriented dynamics, and more. The roles are dominant and submissive with no gender assumed, and each person can set their own pronouns.
